Home: The empty vase

I've been on the hunt for a big new vase since I broke ours whilst trying to wash it. I find it quite hard though to find nice big vases, I tend to prefer the little ones that can only fit one flower at a time. Now that spring is on the way though I would like the flat to be full of massive wild bouquets of flowers all the time. Something that always works out so much better in theory.

The closest place to get really great flowers is Columbia Road Market and as much as I love that place, I know I won't go there every Sunday. You have to be in the mood for the crowds. I do need a big vase though, whenever guests bring flowers I put them in the sink which isn't cool anymore as soon as you're out of uni. Time to grow up and get a new vase. Accidentally a few smaller ones might have crept in to my selection of possible new vases. They are all so wonderfully different though. The see-through H&M one would be great for displaying plants with roots on. The pastel coloured ones would be great as decoration even without flowers in. And I'm a sucker for ceramics in general. The colourful Zara Home vase looks like it could fit right in with the Roksanda AW15 collection by the way..
